The Plan?

Consultations are held at a clinic in East Sheen, London (SW14).

Before we start, I will ask you to fill in a 7 day food diary, giving me as much detail as possible about your meals: ingredients, portion sizes, and emotional feelings at meal times.

 

During the initial consultation, I will take your body measurements and ask you to fill in a brief questionnaire about your medical history. I will invite you to tell me about your lifestyle, eating habits, dietary requirements or food intolerances. I will also ask you what you would like to gain from this experience.

 

Based on all the above, together we will design a program that will help you reach your goal. This program can be in the form of general nutritional advice or I can provide a weekly diet-plan for you to follow more strictly. Follow up consultations are recommended every week or every two weeks to check on your motivation, progress and results. And because changing your lifestyle is challenging, I offer daily email support free of charge.
